Order Processing

Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (available for orders shipped within Canada and the USA only).

Local Delivery

At this time, we do not offer local delivery.

Canada & USA Shipping

  • Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method
  • Includes tracking for most locations (Canada & USA only)
  • Duties are paid by Cotton Lane 

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping worldwide. Rate is shown at checkout
  • Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

If there is an issue with your order, we’re happy to help.
If your item arrives damaged:

  • Include your order number and photos of the damage
  • We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible
